Huon Franklin Cottage is situated in the Huon Valley, south west of Hobart. A federation home, over looking the Huon River, is a sanctuary of comfort, peace and privacy for a handful of guests, join us in our home, we pride ourselves on good service and thoughtful attention to detail, which makes our home a pleasurable retreat.
Our award winning cottage has 2 queen size room"s with ensuite's.
On arrival enjoy afternoon tea.
Dinner can be arranged in our dinning room or on our balcony over looking The Huon River.
We are licensed and have a small array of wines and spirits.
We serve enening meals (most nights)
We can arrange your stay to suit a special occasion.

Both rooms are large with queen beds and private ensuites.
Spa, mini gym, air con, hair dryers, TV, VCR’s and video library.
The cottage is wheelchair accessible, parking within the grounds.
Kath's Room is the Disability Friendly room.
We have equipped your room with electric blankets and a pure wool underlay, extra pillows and spa kits consisting of Robes and foot attire for you to enjoy.
TV and videos in both rooms and a collection of movies are available.
Both rooms have individual recycled air-conditioners for your comfort, which can be monitored, at your desired temperature.
The ensuites are equipped with hairdryers and heaters.
