Description
The Villa offers ample space for either two families or a large family. Upstairs comprises of 4 main bedrooms each with its own ensuite. The master bedroom offers full walk in robes as well as a full spa on the balcony, music, double showers and louvre windows for that tree top feeling. Views are special.
Downstairs consists of a beautiful open plan living with lounge, sitting room, study, kitchen and dining room as well as a full theatre system. A beautiful undercover entertaining area is bordered by the wrap around swimming pool.

Villa 19 was the most luxurious accommodation we have ever experienced. It's size was fantastic for a group of people or couples. The house was immaculate. The on site contact "Allan" was extremely friendly and helpful. The owners were fabulous. My comments do not do justice to the house or it's surrounings. Try it!!!!

We stayed at Villa 19 in June for 3 nights,which we celebrated my mothers 80th birthday,we had the most wonderful time. I cannot recommend this villa more for a family get together,it was great,everything we needed was available,and having the Hyatt next door to play golf etc was great.
Absolutely fantastic. House was presented immaculately and everything was there for my family to enjoy. Would highly recommend staying to anyone. Will definately be back
This is an amazing house to stay in with all the comforts of home and much more! It is spacious, bright and open. Having the pool is a bonus, but being able to use the Hyatt facilites is also great. The kids loved this house as did us adults! Would love to come back!
Had a wonderful weekend. The house is extremely comfortable and very spacious. The outdoor entertainment area was ideal for our party of 8. We loved the fact that every bedroom had an ensuite. The surrounding community was quiet and very picturesque.
Our family have stayed many times over many years at the adjoining hotel and we were not convinced that there could be a better sun, surf and relaxation experience. We were wrong, and delighfully surprised, to find out how well the comforts and space of a huge family home could enhance the pleasure of being part of a five star resort holiday. The owners are to be commended on their personal interest and care of their guests' interests and their concerns.

this house certainly has the 'wow' factor - we had a fantastic holiday, 4 adults and 6 children all fitted in very comfortably, we enjoyed every aspect of the house and the resort and of course the gorgeous Coolum beach just topped it off - we are counting down the days till next time!!!
We had a great family gholidau in this lovely house-having the resort facilites so close was ideal but it was great to be able to "get away" from the resort to our own haven

Spacious and spectacular. A must visit for your next holiday. Your own pool, theatre room and the golf course on your doorstep - you couldn't ask for anythimg else. We went as a group of couples and the house easily catered for us all comfortably with plenty of room to spare. We didn't want to leave!!!
What a place !!! Fantastic for the kids and adults alike. Access to the resort and beach next door is a great bonus, that is if you can drag yourself away from the house and its own lap pool.
A sensational house with loads of room. The theatre was a real hit. The layout was warm, the master bedroom -"huge", and the pool fantastic. We will be back soon!!-highly recommended. Thanks for having us.
