Hi Debra, A delayed thanks. What a fabulous house, we enjoyed every minute of it and it was so much better than even the photos. Thanks for sharing it with us. I took a million photos of your landscaping. What good design. I particularly like the corners with a vase or statue, the borrowed vistas from the neighbouring properties and the jungle aspect of the back yard.
The pool set up was so incredibly beautiful and functional. We did many of the outings into the rain forest and the reef. All of us rented bikes at one time or another and our daughter even had a trailer on behind for the little ones and the beer. Thanks for the brochures they were really helpful. All the tours we took were good, well organized and well delivered.
Don't hesitate to use us as a reference.

Dear Debra

Just a quick note to thank you very much for the opportunity to stay at Avalon. The home was ideal for our needs - the children just loved the pool and the home cinema and the adults loved the ability to do their own thing or spend time together as they wished. The whole design is superb, particularly the open area around the kitchen and dining rooms, and pool lounge.

We were also particularly appreciative of the fact that you furnished the house so well and left so much in the way of glasses, crockery etc for our use. So often the owner supplies only the basics but you have enough faith in the goodwill of your tenants to supply all the things you expect to find in a home and more - it was great!

I ended up using the phone a little more than expected because of the need to access emails - Telstra assured me that the Bigpond calls were charged at local rates and I left some cash in the little fish to cover that. If there is a problem when the account comes in let me know and we'll cover any additional costs.

Once again my thanks for making your home available - we had a wonderful holiday.

Avalon provided a great Xmas venue for a family function.
The many seperate areas of the house was available both for solitude and for gatherings. The privacy was something that can not be obtained at other multi tennanted holiday resorts.
We were able accomodate all generations of the family without the interruption of other holiday makers.
