This new 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with high ceilings is purpose built for holidays and is ideal for two families. It is in a peaceful location, opposite a large park with children's play equipment. There are frequently ibis from the nearby wetlands and groups of pink & grey galahs foraging in the park. The beach is 400m away.
With a separate loungeroom, family room, games room, dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, there is room to spare. There are two large bathrooms, both with a bath and shower. The ensuite has a luxury 2 person spa bath. The house has ducted evaporative airconditioning, a natural gas heater and a dishwasher. SHEETS, PILLOWCASES, BATHTOWELS, BATHMATS AND TEATOWELS ARE PROVIDED AT NO EXTRA COST. We want this to be a home away from home, so there are also books, boardgames, CDs, DVDs, videos and Playstation 2 games, as well as a new 50 inch plasma TV. There are many small items supplied which make holiday life easier - clothes & dishwashing detergent, coffee, tea, Milo, sugar, herbs & spices, clingwrap, aluminium foil, tissues.......and more. The double lockup garage has crab nets and a small cricket set for the children. There is a gas BBQ with a wok burner to cook the crabs!

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
BUSSELTON JETTY -This 2km jetty is the longest in the southern hemisphere. The new UNDERWATER OBSERVATORY at the end of the jetty gives you an amazing view of life beneath the sea, with beautiful coral, sponges and many species of fish - and you don\'t need to get wet!
SWAN WRECK - An excellent dive site - the area is one of the best scuba diving places in WA.
OUTDOOR DRIVE-IN CINEMA - There are only 2 of these left in WA - one in Busselton. It\'s a great experience for the kids - and adults can re-live their adolescence!
MARGARET RIVER WINE REGION - Home to some of the best wines in the world. There are a multitude of wineries within half an hours drive of Busselton. Margaret River itself is 1/2 an hour away.
CAVES & FORESTS - There are pristine tracts of native forests and spectacular caves in the SouthWest region. The wildflowers are unique and beautiful.
YALLINGUP - World class surfing beaches 1/2 an hour away!
DUNSBOROUGH - Beautiful, safe, park-like beaches which are ideal for children. 20 minute drive.
