OH MY GOSH that was the best place I have ever stayed in!
I can’t believe how well you have done to make the perfect Hide away accommodation.
In the car on the way to Hepburn springs I was hoping it was going to be as good as the pictures on your website and it was 1000 times better then I could have ever imagined.
The couch was great, so good to cuddle up with Johnny and was so comfy to lie on to read a magazine.
The spa was perfect so relax in with a glass of bubbly!
Libby was excellent! I have had a few massages before and she was by far the best! Johnny was also impressed with the massage as he had never had one before! It was so relaxing!
The balcony was so nice to sit in the sun and read the paper on Saturday afternoon! Thank gosh the weather was beautiful!
Any way, I just wanted to thank you so much fro providing everything, the package and the body products were beautiful as were the chocolates and cheese platters!
Thanks again and we will defiantly be back to stay again as we didn’t want to leave.

"Water" proved to be the perfect start to our honeymoon and we only wish we had booked a couple more days to enjoy the ambience and atmosphere to its full. But that means we'll have to come back soon....maybe try one of the other villas!
Everything was perfect, and compared to the various hotels we stayed at (one with double your price tag) on our honeymoon, I would choose Water any time above them for your attention to detail, warmth and appeal and over all experience. You guys should be really proud of what you have achieved with what is the pinnacle of Spa County accommodation and we have already recommended Kudos to several people.

Thank you for your email. The villa was absolutely stunning, I had not told my partner where we were staying and when he opened the front door he was speechless! The design and finishes were first class and so well thought out – I have taken pictures of the bathroom to keep in mind when designing our own home.
We have already started planning a mid week getaway with friends to one of your other villas so I will be in touch over the coming weeks to book something in. We will definitely be recommending your accommodation to our friends and family and would love to see your style of villas popping up in other areas of Australia such as McLaren Vale or the Barossa in SA. You have such an amazing product and we can’t speak highly enough of our experience.

It was a perfect weekend and the place was exactly what I had hoped for. I asked Karen to marry me within 20 minutes of arriving and received a 'yes' which was lucky (otherwise it would have been a very short weekend)!
The set up of Water was fantastic, as was the essentials package. It, along with having the best of everything, ensured we didn't want to leave. Your excellent customer service from following up my initial query, all the way through to this one, has ensured a wonderful experience.
Whilst it was only a few days, it holds great memories for us.
