The moment you step into Guarneri you feel relaxed. Time slows down and you don't want to do much apart from look out at the sea, spend lots of time in the ocean, eat and sleep.

It's the highest block in the suburb and then it's on 2.4m poles, to guarantee that the views are spectacular. There's a large open plan living room with 360 degree views out to the wetlands, the Tuart Forest and Geograph bay. Apart from the under the house, the block is remnant bush.

Wake up to ocean views in the master bedroom which opens onto the large balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds perfect for the kids.

Pets are welcome and the stairs up to the balcony have a gate to prevent pets from escaping and any small children from going exploring.
