House offers 3.5 bathrooms, two 42" flat screen TV's (one in a separate TV room for the kids), Pay TV, kids (or adults) bunkroom that sleeps 4 (with proper sprung mattresses not just foam), huge balcony with BBQ, outdoor dining area and terrific views.
Features include spa bath, modern airconditioned kitchen/ dining area for 12 people, 2 fridges for all the food & drinks, clothes dryer and lots more.
Off street parking for 3-4 cars and the boat (boat ramp only 100m away)
Surf beaches & Golf Course are both close by.
Two local clubs for meals, cafes, butcher, baker, general store, bottleshop - Smiths Lakes has it all except the traffic.

Sleeping 10 people comfortably in 3 queen beds & 4 bunks (but we can manage 12 people in need with a double sofa).
Rear yard offers a great place for the kids to play on the grass and you can enjoy a BBQ there as well as on the balcony with our 2nd BBQ and outdoor setting for meals.
*airconditioning is located only on top level of the house where kitchen,dining, TV area is located. The bottom floor has fans in the double bedrooms.

Where are we???
Just 2 1/2 hours north of Sydney at Amaroo Beach, Smiths Lake. Only 20 minutes south of Forster and nearby to Pacific Palms & Seal Rocks.
To get to The Norfolk, head north from Sydney on the Pacific Highway, just past Buladelah turn onto The Lakes Way and then follow this until you reach Pacific Palms and Smiths Lake Village.
Turn right into MacWood road and follow the signs to "Beach and Boatramp" when you see the lake The Norfolk is on your left before the park and swings – look for the big yellow house with the huge Norfolk Pine.
What to do???
Lake activities include safe swimming areas, fishing, canoeing, water skiing, sailing. Catamarans & canoes can be hired at the Frothy Coffee cafe where they serve coffees, milkshakes, lunches and snacks.
We are also close to the Surf Beaches and Golf Course.
Don't forget the playground next to the lake.
Bush walks, 4WD areas, National Parks & rain forests are close by.
