Ducted air conditioning, and two large lounge areas. One lock up car accommodation plus secure off-street parking for another two cars.

The PCYC Athletic club is within walking distance for casual rates for tennis and a range of other sporting activities. Across the road is a 10 acre park with cricket oval, lake, basketball court and walking tracks.

Close to shopping facilities such as Pacific Fair, and easy access to Surfers Paradise, either by public transport, driving or water taxi.
