Villa Casa - In this 4-bedroom holiday retreat you could be a million miles away, even in another exotic location!! You experience a wonderful feeling of tranquillity overlooking the expansive pool & large living area in a thatched pavilion.
With a blend of air-conditioned comfort and tropical open-air living this house accommodates up to 8 people.
This great destination is in a supreme location on the Gold Coast, it is tucked away in one of the sought after streets, yet you can actually walk to the great restaurant/cafe strip, The Gold Coast Convention Centre & Jupiters Casino.
This impressive pool & Living Pavilion at the rear of the house overlooks the water. This pavilion is modelled upon a traditional Balinese dwelling, with a soaring spectacular roof supported by huge beams. The expansive space is furnished with comfortable sofas, Ottomans, and coffee table.
You can relax with the knowledge that the pool is fully fenced as is the boundary that fronts the water on the canal, very safe for children & welcomed furry friends!
Closer to the house is the BBQ a comfortable dining setting for 8 people, take advantage of the fabulous Queensland climate and dine outdoors all year round.
You can have sunset drinks on your own jetty while you fish for bream or go for a paddle around the waterways in the 2 kayaks provided to check out the million dollars homes from the water side.
The bedroom configuration is:
2 x queen bedroom & the other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds in each. Linen is included in the tariff.
The master bedroom opens out to the outdoor living and is set off to one side of the indoor living area with a great open plan ensuite including a spa. There is a separate toilet.
The other 3 bedrooms share the main bathroom with bath & separate shower & Toilet.
Foxtel on both TV's which will please all movie & sport fanatics. Apart from the main lounge, there is a seperate air con. TV room with Foxtel, Playstation 2 & DVD. We have complimentary local telephone calls and Broadband wireless Internet access for your use.
Family groups prefered.
Note: Normal cleaning charges are included in the tariff, however excessive cleaning requirements and rubbish removal will attract additional charges.
