One of Melbourne more leafy suburbs. It is a fair way out from Melbourne city, but that is the attraction. Big houses and gardens and that out of the city feel, while still being close enough to get in there each day. If I was visiting melbourne I would not stay here though - too far away from the action.

Waverrley Gardens shopping centre, Springvale Road and many middle class houses make this suburb an ideal place to bring up a family. The schools in the area have a good reputation and Jell\'s Park nearby is a good spot to get away from it all.

Home to a great cinema and shopping complex. Easy access to Melbourne via Freeway. Leafy family friendly suburb. Not a big variety of accommodation options.
